Simple Woman's Day Feb 9

For Today...

Outside my window... is not the trash can. I can't remember, is it Monday night that is goes out? Or Monday morning it should have been?

I am thinking... about Hillary and the babies. THREE new lives entered the world yesterday within seconds of each other, how amazing is that?

I am thankful for... Dailey's easy birth! I'm thankful for Hillary and all her training and calmness that helped me through it. I hope those two things came in helpful during her own delivery,

From the kitchen... Pho. Oh lovely, warm, citrusy, cilantro filled Pho

I am wearing... more then Dailey is. Nakk-o Baby!

I am reading... What to Expect the first year

I am hoping... Patrick doesn't burn out too much during his class. He sounded so drained on the phone tonight

I am creating... a duet with the baby

I am hearing... the baby sing to the dogs. She loves them SO much. Now if only they would pay attention to her she'd be over the moon

Around the house... ... Diapers hanging up to dry.

One of my favorite things... DVR

A few plans for the rest of the week...A dr appointment for D ~ Wish momma luck!

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...

Simple Woman's Day

FOR TODAY Feb 7 2008

Outside my window...The sad dirty reminents of the most recent snow storm

I am thinking...that the floor will never be free of paw prints

I am thankful for...the sweet calm nature of my baby.

From the kitchen...a Bertolli's pasta meal. It wasn't quite cheating, it's cooked in a pan!

I am wearing...my hair in a bun. For the fourth day in a row

I am creating...ideas. Grand ideas

I am going...to bed late again tonight. Sweet tea being to tempting for me to resist in the evening

I am reading...Gone with the Wind. For the 5th time

I am hoping...The dryer doesn't catch on fire with all the dog hair I am making it process today.

I am hearing...Dailey squeel at the TV

Around the house...are reminder's of Patrick's absence. Unfolded laundry. Bored Dogs. An untouched loaf of bread

One of my favorite things...is the smell of homemade laundry detergent

A few plans for the rest of the week: My Birthday. ALS graduation. Dinner at the club with Tracy, her friend and the kids. Friday Coffee. Trying to keep busy and not sad about Patrick being gone.

Here is picture thought I am sharing...New Green Sprouts came in the mail today! I Heart Cloth Diapers!
